   On the AI team, working on how millions of creators use AI in their link-in-bio. Most of my week lives here.

2. Shipping small things fast

   I build a side project most weeks with AI in the loop, then write about what worked and what didn't.

3. Writing

   Essays on building products, shipping with AI, and developer craft. New posts land on the blog.

4. Running VCMC

   A small, heads-down room for builders. Co-founded it to keep the signal high and the noise low.
